Tristan was very professional. When I needed time to enter information there was no pressure. Only problems were not related to him One Loan Place. Possibly a glitch with the loan company (lending club). They have my annual income as $677K+. Tristan says it wasn't me inputting a wrong number, because he has the right amount. Will have to wait for Monday 4/18 to fax more info and call the loan company. Then we will decide if it is right for us or if our bank can beat it. Thanks for the help

It's too bad I did not qualify for the loan, I really need the funds for my daughters medical expenses.

I felt welcomed and informed on the matter at hand and I felt comfortable and assured of what I needed to do after speaking with him.

I received an email from this company after applying for a loan at a loan referral site. This company is not a lender but yet another loan referral company. The last thing I wanted to do was contact another "referral" service but I did it anyway. When I called, I spoke to Jaime and he was very pleasant. I was then transferred to Trent. Trent was not mean but he wasn't as pleasant as Jaime. It was o.k., though, because he was helpful enough. He said he couldn't help me with a loan but offered other alternatives (which for some might be acceptable but didn't work for me). Anyway, he maintained his professional demeanor throughout the call. Overall, a decent experience until the end when he hung up on me when I was in the process of saying something else. When I told him I was not interested in his two options, he hung up on me so fast that I was still talking unaware that the call had ended. There was no "goodbye", "have a good day", or anything just dead air. It was VERY rude. I guess an additional second on the phone with me to say goodbye to let me know the call was ending would have been a waste of his time to get to the next caller on hold. Anyway, this service may be useful to some as they do try to work with you. I just think whole ending of the situation left a lot to be desired.

I felt with Cristen Hamilton and she was great! She took the time to answer any questions I had and even called me back immediately when I had more! She never got annoyed even when my cat kept changing screens on me :)
