Unprofessional service; billing is unreliable. • Fees increase every year; my account was mixed up 3 times in a year. • Some equipment is old and poorly maintained. • Be careful—cancel if not using the gym to avoid unexpected charges.

Glossy image conceals problems. Music too loud on aerobics deck. Sometimes you hear TWO different tunes from different parts of the very large floor. They don't enforce rules, like no phone use in locker rooms or sauna (are they taking photos?), or the requirement to shower before swimming. Mgmt is unresponsive to suggestions or complaints. Sorry I joined.
