This business gave me the worst experience ever
This business gave me the worst experience I have ever experienced. They lied to me and then accused me of being the one that misunderstood them. I told them to pull the recording and listen and they refuse. They continue to claim I misunderstood. Last, their website claims there is no fee to give you an estimate yet they charge $59 dollars to come to your house and diagnose the problem before you receive the free estimate. There are a lot of honest AC repair companies in the DFW. One Hour is not one of them.
