It's ok, need better communication with It's customers when site goes down. 60 Day holding period needs to be cut down to 30 days. Other than that good place to buy and hold.

I like the ease of use, but it has some drawbacks. First each account needs its own email, which makes it cumbersome if you want to move between accounts. Then the credit card stored, doesn't always go through to pay storage fees, so they liquidate some metals to cover for fees, which triggers a taxable event, and they don't even keep track of capital gains and loses for reporting, which complicates taxes further.

buenas tardes, mi obsrvacion es que se tardan muchos dias para hacer efectiva la compra aun cuando algunos cobros los hayan hecho , en mi caso unas compras me las cobraron inmediatamente y se tardaron 4 dias habiles para hacerlas erfectivas en mi posicion, otras compras se tardaron en cobrar al banco aun cuando se hicieron en dias y horas habiles . Por otra parte seria bueno y muy conveniente para muchos de nosotros los inversionistas que tuvieramos la posibilidad de recibir las claves temporales en los correos electronicos, para liberarse uds. de responsabilidades, pudieran hacer que firmemos un documento de compromiso .

I like the recruiting process for purchasing metals. But if can connect with APMEX use the accumulated gold or silver to exchange coins or jewelry that will be awesome. Cause I don’t see where can I use my accumulated gold to exchange real gold.

I am giving onegold 3 stars purely based on the concept of the company which I really like and is fantastic to be able to buy and sell gold and silver and other metals specially in today global economic whirlwind , what I do not understand is that it is not maned with professional staff, and the service is disgraceful to be honest , to withdraw money is a nightmare that they always seem to have a problem with , they advertise that wire transfers on withdrawal take 1 to 2 business days when in fact it can take weeks, their support hotline never responds to emails or if they do they only send generic reply’s that do not answer any of your questions , there tel number has been out of service now for over a week so you cannot talk to anybody and in desperation when you contact their manager he also sends a generic reply that has no relation to the questions you had , it’s hard to imagine such a brilliant concept of this company could not have a professional team of staff manning it , definitely destroys any confidence

App doesn't work

I like OneGold except the 90 days you must wait once you deposit your funds to buy gold and silver. Not a quick place to buy your gold or silver. Also, fees to buy gold and silver (after the wait) not very competitive, you can find gold and silver cheaper at other reputable sites. Overall if you can stand the wait, not bad. I wish OneGold would change this policy, if not for everyone, perhaps those that have been a customer for a while.
