One Fitness Camp is the BEST! Wayne and his team are exceptional. They make working out fun. I've been to the camp twice, and I'm thinking of going again. A great way to get in shape and have a great vacation at the same time. I did also go to a competitor's camp in Utah, but would only recommend One Fitness Camp. Do yourself a favor & GO!
