OneFaxNowOneFaxNow is the premier pay-per-fax solution designed to modernize the legacy faxing experience for patients, caregivers, medical professionals, and small business owners across the United States and Canada. We believe that sending a secure fax should be as effortless as sending an email, which is why we have completely removed the barriers of entry: our service requires absolutely no user accounts, no monthly subscriptions, and no hidden hardware fees. You simply upload your documents—whether they are PDFs, Word docs, or images—enter the destination number, and pay a transparent flat rate per transmission. Our intelligent platform automatically merges multiple files into a single fax document, validates the recipient number, and provides you with a secure, real-time tracking link so you know the exact moment your documents are delivered. Security and compliance are the cornerstones of our infrastructure. For users handling sensitive information, such as medical records or insurance forms, our optional HIPAA mode offers enterprise-grade protection. This includes transmission via a HIPAA-compliant provider, industry-standard encryption, immutable audit logs for compliance verification, and secure data deletion immediately after processing. Healthcare professionals can even download an instant, fully executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) directly from their audit dashboard after a successful transmission. We built OneFaxNow to be mobile-first, allowing users to snap photos of documents and fax them directly from their smartphones without needing a scanner or desktop computer. By combining modern web technology with reliable telecom infrastructure, we provide a trustworthy, frustration-free alternative to retail fax stores and predatory subscription services. Whether you are filing a one-time legal document, submitting a prior authorization, or sending a FOIA request, OneFaxNow ensures your documents arrive safely, securely, and affordably.

Absolutely great service more importantly, they didn’t require me to have some contract that could not be canceled unless I called into some number. These folks offered a fair price straightforward service use it as I wanted.

I have used One Fax now multiple times and I am so so pleased. Its easy to use and so far it has been reliable. What ever I have sent so far has been received. I have in the past tried applications to no avail, too complicated and without really knowing whether the fax was received or not. Thank you One fax now...

The Fax process went smoothly however, the VA optical center claims they never received it. I do believe it was received by VA, only they seem to have issues locating the FAX. The Optometrist Faxed my prescription as well, and they cannot locate that one either. Good grief!
Response from OneFaxNowJun 4, 2026
Hi there, thanks for the review. I’m glad our platform worked smoothly for you, though I’m sorry the VA is having trouble locating your document. To clarify the technical process: OneFaxNow only marks a fax as completed after the carrier receives confirmation that the receiving fax endpoint accepted the transmission. With large organizations like the VA, a fax can be accepted by their central system but still be difficult for the right department to locate internally. Please email [email protected] with your Fax ID. I’ll gladly pull the carrier-side transmission record so you have confirmation to provide when following up with the VA.
