On Sunday 21 August, 2022 my bank account was automatically debited by Oneamour system for auto renewal of an unwanted premium upgrade. I contacted the support team immediately to inform them about the incident and they objectively looked into the situation that made it impossible for me to cancel the Premium subscription auto renewal at least 24 hours before the expiration of my active subscription in accordance with their Terms of Service. My first mail was replied within minutes. Each of my subsequent mails on the issue were also replied within very short time. We had engaging and interesting conversation via prompt exchange of emails on that very day. Honestly, the support I received from them was excellent. The approach, communication and attitude of the guy who handled my complaints was customer friendly. On the same day, they sent me a mail that they have issued me a full (100%) refund of the amount debited by their system for the automatic renewal and upgrade of my Premium subscription plan. I was very happy to receive the good new. Till now, I am one of their happy customers.

Muy buenas tardes, estuve tratando de comprar los servicios que ofrece Oneamour los hice con tres tarjetas misma que bloqueaba el sistema tal vez por realizar correctamente la operación, más sin embargo que también había vi la opción de realizar el pago por el Oxxo, y así lo hice y estoy realmente agradecido por sus equipo de trabajo por darme las recomendaciones necesarias, los a que sigan con esmero si apoyo incondicional gracias.

Muy buena experiencia con soporte me tienen paciencia y tod ,con los usuarios no mucho la verdad porque no responden las preguntas
