Be very careful using Labcorp OnDemand for time-sensitive testing. I purchased a routine hormone panel and had my blood drawn a week ago. I still do not have my results. The biggest problem is the inconsistent information. Different pages on Labcorp OnDemand's website provide different information about result turnaround times. I later found that the specific test page states a much longer turnaround, but that is not consistent with the more general turnaround information presented elsewhere on the site. I called Labcorp OnDemand for clarification and received inconsistent information there as well. The first representative told me the tests took longer because they were “more sensitive” hormone tests. That was incorrect — I ordered the routine versions of these hormone tests, not specialty or ultrasensitive testing. I escalated the call to a supervisor, who gave me a completely different explanation. She acknowledged that these hormones generally do not take this long to test, but explained that Labcorp OnDemand chooses to send this particular panel to a specialty laboratory, resulting in the extended turnaround. That was incredibly frustrating to learn after the fact. The extended wait isn't because the hormone tests themselves require this amount of time; it is apparently the result of how Labcorp OnDemand chooses to route and process this particular panel. For hormone testing related to menstrual-cycle or fertility monitoring, turnaround matters. A result showing what your hormones were doing more than a week earlier may have very limited usefulness when treatment decisions are time-sensitive. I understand that laboratories cannot guarantee that every result will be available immediately. My issue is the inconsistent turnaround information, the inaccurate explanation I initially received from customer service, and a processing model that makes routine hormone testing unnecessarily slow. If you are considering Labcorp OnDemand for time-sensitive hormone testing, don't.

Had a 6 am appointment so I did not miss work. They had not even moved at 6:20. Had to leave to to lazy employees

They don't provide itemized invoices or superbills or anything like that. So if you want to submit it for insurance reimbursement you can't. I think that's absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad that I only paid for basic tests and not something more expensive. I will not be using that service again. Whoever designed it that way is a moron.

I needed help getting a refund on a couple of tests that I purchased online and it could not have been any simpler. The customer service representative asked me two questions and had the refund completed in seconds. It was very refreshing to not have to battle over something like this.

so so so bad.... dirty Lobby filled with people. They force you to use a diry broken ipad type thing- lord knows how many petri dish germs are on that thing. They took my insurance and payment- but still get a bill that is incorrect and when you call the 800 number ZERO numerical numbers go to a live person or even a acreeepy ai bot. The worst part was the filthy chair they put you in to draw your blood. I grabbed some cleaner and a peper towel and cleaned it myself (but it was till stained with grit. that would not come off. So horrible.

Their Customer Service is horrible. That is assuming you can get a hold of them. Every time I call, it is a 30-45 minute wait (if I wait that long). And then they transfer you to a different department that you have to wait again. The patient Portal is not any better. Lab tests are not posted. Recommend going somewhere else.

Took over most of my local labs monopoly style, now check in process for outpatient phlebotomy has become convoluted and cumbersome waits for bloods draws are significantly longer, results take much longer to get and LabCorp is using my email to spam me with advertising. Now I have little option if I need lab tests, but to support a giant union busting corporation that feeds patient info to Google and scams Medicare and Medicaid.

I went there looking for my A1c numbers, and instead they gave me my glucose numbers, why would one go there for the glucose numbers when you can do that at home, I paid $39 for nothing and it was nothing but a scam, be very cautious if what you purchase.
