We paid for a 2 year subscription and after 6 months we couldn’t connect to the server. In the past we could ask for a new URL and we’d be back up and running. Well today I was told that wasn’t getting a new URL without paying for a new subscription. With 18 months left on our current subscription you would think they would provide some sort of customer service but instead all we received was attitude and rudeness. We will be changing to another provide and will have to eat the cost of the remaining 18 months.

Service is unreliable and support is not available. If you try to get technical support, they will tell you its your problem. Don't waste your money.

The company has changed owners, and it’s been a disaster ever since—it practically amounts to theft. The subscriptions don't work anymore; I paid for a year, but the service didn't even last a month. And when I report that the IPTV isn't working, the person dismisses you abruptly, bordering on being insulting. They are truly dishonest; beware and stay away, or you'll lose your money.

If I could give no star I would. So after asking how many channels with service I get. - pay for the service and count the channels. Then I get - listen we’re busy either take it or leave it. This is coming from a iptv service provider? They can take their service and stuff it. Thank you for saving me money by going elsewhere

Absolutely dreadful. Zero support, rude, condescending, cannot communicate, zero effort. SUBS RIBE elsewhere they do not deserve your patience certainly not money.

If I could give this sit a zero I would…just threw 90 dollars away…literally no support other than to text….hire someone to help install…terrible instructions on install…this guy can’t even form a correct sentence …won’t return money….horrible experience ….if your not a wizard…stay away or loose your money!!
