I had a wonderful experience working with Michael Schoonover and Mike Collada. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, guide me through each step, and make sure I felt supported along the way. I truly appreciate their time, effort, and dedication in helping me reach this important milestone. I highly recommend them and the team at OnMortgage LLC!

The OnMortgage team truly went above and beyond for us. Despite a shortened timeline, they were patient, honest, responsive, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They not only helped us secure a great rate but also navigated the challenges of purchasing in a non-warrantable building. They even went far beyond the traditional role of a mortgage lender to help the building achieve warrantable status, ultimately reducing our interest rate by nearly 1%. They were always quick to respond and took an educational approach, clearly explaining what to expect, what was needed, and how the timeline would unfold and why. Their guidance gave us complete confidence that we would close. Genuinely personable and a pleasure to work with. I would not consider working with anyone else and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Great response time - there when needed. Well educated and experienced staff - they've seen it all

We worked directly with Mike Collada at OnMortgage and can't say enough about how amazing our experience was. There are a lot of nerves when purchasing a home, and it was our first one. Mike did everything right. He explained anything and everything we didn't understand. We've recommend Mike to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

I worked with Mike at OnMortgage aka Miami Mortgage Brokers. They helped me save hundreds on my monthly mortgage while keeping the cost of the refinance at a minimum which is way above the service I got from other lenders and brokers. I would highly recommend working with this company for any refinancing you are looking to do.

I had tried to get a mortgage on my new construction house but the mortgage broker I was working with wasn’t able to get it done. I spoke with Mike at OnMortgage LLC and his team, who took the time to go over in detail how to get this accomplished. I followed their advice provided what they needed and my mortgage was approved in under 30 days.
