At first I was skeptical because I had chosen two other tax corporations to help me with my taxes and both of them just took my money and ran they didn't do anything for me except for put me in a non collectible status Omni financial and a matter of about five or six months had done more for me and that. Of time then both of those other two companies put together over the years that I have been paying these people so I'm actually went to work and got the job done they explain to me what would happen how would happen and it happened just exactly the way they say it and I received an offer I accepted offer made my payment and they got they got me taken care of. Is not the fundamental question, when employing any service or product, would you repeat the exercise? I my case the answer is clear, "Yes!" The problem facing anyone when the IRS hovers above your neck is, assuming all appeals have been exhausted, one's ability to pay the tax or penalty demanded by the IRS. I do not know, but I suspect that the IRS has software in which they plug in all factors presented to them, and the computer determines how many monthly payments for how much money the victim can bear. In others words, subjectivity is pretty much gone. I would suspect that a given IRS agent responds to a honest, sincere representative better than to a representative that is less so. In this case, Dalton Jenkins of Omni served me very well.
