I have been working with Noah McGraw for several months. I am greatly appreciative of the time and expertise Noah has provided me in working through a very difficult issue. Noah is responsive to my every question. His follow through is excellent! He has outstanding customer service; he is most informative and helpful. I have felt that Noah has gone above and beyond to make sure our issue is getting resolution. I would use Noah's professional advise at any point and time if ever needed in the future. My experience working with Omni, Noah as my contact and advisor, has been excellent. Thank you!

Omni Financial took our IRS problems and was able to get all the Interest and Penalties abated from a IRS problem the company was facing..Morgan and her team always kept us updated on what was going on and when we had lost hope she did not and was easy to work with....They were able to abate about 20K in Interest and Penalties and in addition was able to get us back a refund of over 10K that we had paid in during the process...Yes I would recommend this company if you have any problems whatsoever, they do not give up until they are able to help you. They are knowledgeable in all the tax laws and do not let any stone go unturned. Pam McIntire Production Personnel Services Dallas, TX

Omni saved my bacon! Doc, Chris, & Krista have been so easy to talk with, they are always full of answers and put my extremely stressed mind at ease. Very effective results, far beyond my expectations! As a small businessman the IRS can seem like an insurmountable bully. The Omni crew handled my issues very calmly, professionally and cool. I cannot reccomend them highly enough. They have maintaned contact with me throughout to ensure that i understood everything and they made sure that i was kept aprised of all developments. Seriously, i couldn't ask for more! THANK YOU GUYS!

Imagine my surprise that after 27 years in business my trusted bookkeeper hadn't been paying State Sales Taxes. I had to find this out at a hearing that I thought was to discuss taxable vs non-taxable sales. Enter Omni Financial and Morgan Mance. Morgan was able to slow down the State Tax people from locking the doors and organize a payment plan that we could live with. At this time I had been reassured from my bookkeeper that that was all that hadn't been paid and she thought she could correct it herself over time. Morgan then strongly suggested that we check with IRS just as a precautionary check. Again, to my total surprise, we found out that Federal Withholding Taxes had not been paid. This time it appeared that I could not get a payment plan to work. I had lost my 27 years of effort. I was completely devastated, mad at the world and as angry as I have ever been. Once again Morgan to the rescue. She was able to keep me on task to try to get through the problems so that I could get back on track with my life. She and her staff handled all communications with the taxing authorities. If I had to do this things would have been said or done that I could not later take back. Every time I would start to bring back my anger Morgan would bring me back to the task at hand. We are currently trying to finalize my obligations or what may be the lack there of, regarding my tax obligations. I now feel that although up in my years, I may be getting back to a productive life. If there is a moral to this story I would submit that don't trust those who you've always felt you could trust but you can trust Omni Financial and Morgan Mance and her staff. It became very obvious early on that this was not there first case. They knew what they were doing and kept me informed. I continued to be very angry for obvious reasons and they continued to get me back on task. Thank you for your professional services and your friendship!

I have worked with Omni and Josh Riggs specifically to handle a very difficult situation caused from a prior bookkeeper. Josh and the associates at Omni handled our troubles with care and efficiency. We are now out of trouble and appreciate their help very much.

I was taken advantage of by 2 other {help} agencies. I was about to lose my home and receiving no help from the 2nd agency at all. As a matter of fact, I was told by that firm that there was nothing that they could do even though I had paid them several thousand dollars. The IRS agent was at my home taking pictures when a representative from Omni Financial called and I almost hung up on him. However, something told me to talk with him and boy am I glad I did. Omni employees have been professional and helpful. There is no comparison between Omni and the other two firms. We did an offer in compromise for both personal and business obligations and I was satisfied with the outcome of both. I have been very impressed with Omni Financial and recommend the firm highly.

I was so very stressed and not sure if Omni just wanted my money or would be able to help me! They were invaluable not only to my stress but solving my IRS problem. I would recommend them to everyone! Very trustworthy and prompt and actually a pleasure to talk with. They never made me feel that I was the bad guy and didn't pay my taxes. Thank you to Omni Financial I can sleep at night! Really true!

I am so grateful to both of you for the patience and fortitude you have shown me over this horribly procrastinating situation I have created. Many issues that my therapist has dealt with will actually bring this case to a workable situation for you and me. Thanks so much for staying on my case(pun intended). How I eally wish you were in the DC area so I could take both of you out to dinner. Thanks a lot. George
