I didn't realize that when dealing with the IRS or Franchise Tax Board (CA) it is not an even playing field. Their employees put pressure and demands on you and at times force you to pay cash that creates a burden. When Omni Financial, and especially Ray Estrada step in, the entire conversation and negotiations change. The IRS can't offer someone a deal and not offer you the same deal. I didn't have a clue what deals could be had, but Omni did! Money very well spend for peace of mind, and closure with good terms that helped us move on with our lives.

Without a reliable reference it would be difficult to know what company to turned to for aid in dealing with threatening IRS tax problems because not all are reputable and hard-working on behalf of their clients and many have been known to grossly overcharge. I can genuinely recommend the one that I chose to handle my significant tax problems. I took a chance on Omni Financial, which turned out to be excellent...and the specific kudos go to a marvelous, intelligent, knowledgeable, dedicated and caring young lady by the name of Sheila Franks, and her wonderful, capable and equally caring assistant, Sherry Fair. They have been handling my complicated tax affairs for some time and have been consistently on top of things and extremely helpful. I truly feel I couldn't be in better hands.

I was near catastrophe when I contacted Omni Financial. I had been working with another company who had assigned me to someone who had very little experience working with complicated situations. I was about to pull my hair out. Then out of the blue, I saw an ad for Omni Financial and called. I had reservations at first but the initial team put me at ease and went right to work and has not stopped yet. With every new issue that has come up, Ray and Ashley have explained the situation, provided documentation and listed the steps for what need to be done. This team has really helped me get my confidence back and feel that I am able to survive these tax issues.

If you are reading these reviews, then you must be trying to decide, "do I really need to Pay someone else to help me interact with the tax authorities?" the answer is Yes. I was desperate and felt like there was no hope for me and I was probably going to have to close down my Businesses and lose everything I had, until I spoke with Morgan Mance. I was very hesitate to believe in her, but, I did, and that was one of the best decisions I made. She was able to communicate with the IRS and the State and accomplish a payment plan that I could live with and my Businesses could thrive. There was work to do to get this accomplished, but Morgan Mance, Annie Cole and the rest of the Omni team was with me every step of the way, and in must situations, I did not interact with the Tax officials, what a relief, I could sleep at night, finally. I know that you are thinking it might sound expensive, a cost you can't afford, but, they are worth it , every cent. I own 2 companies, they are both thriving and very successful and we are current on all tax liabilities now. Good Luck and God Bless.

Will Beard and the Omni team handled my tax issues in a way that was beyond my expectations. Will is a real pro. He is smart, knowledgeable, does what he says he will do, and does it in a timely manner. Hopefully I will never again need his services, but if I do, he will be my first call!

I have had a lot of issues with the IRS as it related to my company. Aaron Towers has been most cooperative. The Government has attached my social security payments and Aaron is working to have the garnishment released.
