I suffer from anxiety. Paying taxes, paying bills, making decision of any kind causes me great distress. I become paralyzed with fear and don't/can't take the necessary action. Of course that inaction compounds and gets me in big, big trouble. One day, trying not to think about how I was going to resolve my tax liability problem Omni called out of the blue. Miraculously, I took the call. Somehow they got me to listen. Once I decided to work with Omni they Assigned Sheila Franks and Sheri North to my case. Those ladies were wonderfully understanding. It took a lot of coaxing and gentle pushing on their part to make me get them the papers they needed to help resolve my case. They worked out a deal where i can comfortably make automatic monthly payments. I give Omni, Sheila Franks and Sheri North 5 out of 5.

Omni Financial, Will Beard and his staff provided extraordinary assistance for a complicated tax problem created by one of my employees in the mid 2000's. They were meticulous with their information gathering, honest in their appraisal of the problem, laid out the steps to solve the issues and most important did everything they said they were going to do. These two ladies did an excellent job as an intermediary between the abominable IRS institution and me. Omni took on my mess, walked me through what I needed to do, served as my advocate to the state and fed. Mine was a divorce / business / unrecoverable accounting database and a hostile ex business partner.
