So far I've only had the initial intake call but Clayton was very thorough, transparent and extremely knowledgeable! I look forward to working with Omni Tax Services.

Omni's sales rep gave me a really hard sell that they'd be able to easily and affordably solve a fairly simple tax issue I had. I was told that I had a very modest liability that I'd be able to easily settle with the IRS. After weeks of back and forth, they then came back and told me they wouldn't be able to help me and were basically like shrug, sorry, bucko. One of the supervisors or whatever was very nice in explaining the situation but I ultimately wasted valuable time in signing up for their nonsense trying to resolve the issue, during which time I've continued to accrue penalties and am unable to get a resolution.

So far it going on right now I have to see when where done with everything I Ben getting call from y’all that a really good sign it show that y’all are on top of it so I appreciate that and thank you very much Jose l Alvarez

I had a brief conversation with Mr. C Davis in Omni tax help . He is sharp expert and knowledgeable and give me a very important and beneficial information Thanks for his help

Clayton was exceptional! His attention to my time and efforts were his priority. He knew I had health issues and was extremely conscientious that his calls met with my time and that he was not imposing! I can't say enough except thank you Omni and thank you Clayton!

This is a company that is great. They don't pressure you into spending money, and they are affordable if you need them. I talked to Clayton and he was great and clarified exactly I needed to do as my next steps. I would definitely recommend him.
