It is no doubt That nobody ever wants to get into a situation such as being in deep water with back taxes as I have. I did not know what to do after going through a difficult divorce and financial hardship. When I thought I was at the end of my rope I decided to take a chance with one of these advertisements that I kept hearing about on the TV and internet, "Thank God I did". Turns out there truly are people you can trust that are out there for people that get in this kind of trouble. from day one I was never promised any more than help with my situation. I am here to say that the staff at Omni Financial has absolutely made me feel there is hope, and the light at the end of the tunnel is not impossible to reach. Senior Associate Janet Mould at Omni Financial has been heaven sent! when I call with questions, she always has the answers. I have never had any reason to worry or stress about wondering if I am being represented to the highest level. The most stressful experience on ones life is dealing with the IRS when matters become in the dire straits; for the sake of peace of mine, Omni took away the stress that allowed me to continue progress. Wow that's all I can say. If you have IRS issues , omni financial is the place to call. Lila and her staff were very courteous and walked me through the process. Love them.

Things happen for reasons beyond our control sometimes and they can be at our most hectic emotionally, phsyically and financially frustrating periods of Life! We are so fortunate to have had (and still having!) such a pleasant experience with Janet Mould , her assistants and Omni Financial all around.

I would recommend Omni to others without reservation. They are extremely knowledgeable, supportive, prompt and courteous. We have been carrying the weight of this tax burden for several years. I was forced to retire before i was financially ready. We had to live on my retirement fund for four years. We turned to Omni for help and the staff there was very helpful and comforting. Jim Van Hekken helped us to work our way thru this most difficult time with the hope that we can stay the course and get our obligation resolved over time.
