Update: I received my full $399 back through my bank, and the company has confirmed that nothing remains outstanding. I appreciate the confirmation that the payment issue is resolved, but clearer communication earlier could have avoided the dispute. I bought this on 07/28 and still following up for cancellation and refund for dissatisfaction. I was so excited and fell for the "unlimited usage" with advanced models. I should have done my due diligence before buying. I paid $399 for “lifetime access” plan because the ad promised unlimited image and video generation across many models. What I got was the opposite: a “fair use” limit that kicks in after almost every single image, locking me out for 20–30 minutes each time. That is not “unlimited”; that is deceptive advertising. I have emailed them every single day asking to cancel and get my refund and they stopped responding. Looks like they are happily taking money, then ghosting customers who realize the product does not match the sales pitch. To make it worse, they seem to be covering up with fake positive reviews while real users are stuck with a broken promise and no support. I have never felt the need to write a review this bad, but I’m angry that my $399 essentially went down the drain. If you genuinely improve this and honor your advertised promise, I might consider coming back. Until then, this is a total scam.

No way the positive reviews are legitimate, at least not for image and video generation. Subscribed to ProMax for $299. Immediately get hit with "fair use" restriction, which are not even mentioned in all the flashy promises when you sign up. I could understand some limitations, but basically one 15 second video every 30 minutes and total per day restrictions is absurd for $300/month. Stupidly on my part, I figured that since the $399 lifetime option says "same as ProMax" I could stomach a one time payment and deal with the limitation. The Lifetime service downgrades you even farther, and is objectively worse ProMax - the limitations are more severe and promised "free" models are not. Despite my communication with OmniRogue this was never corrected. I even asked why my service was downgraded when I still had about 25 days left on the ProMax Plan. No response. No corrections. I have now requested a refund for both, and no response. If you're reading this, please trust me that this is a scam and don't waste your money. Replying to OmniRogue's comment: This is a joke right? Support ticket? There is no way to get support on your sight. My emails to both Billing and Support have went days with zero response. I think you honoring my refund request (despite your advertising) is impossible at this time. Please, please, please - if you are reading this stay away from OmniRogue

Purchased a $299 unlimited plan, they advertised multiple video generations at once, but only limit you to one at the time, then 15 min to 30 min wait or use credit to skip the wait. Then they limit my account on $300 unlimited generation plan to 5 generations on best models and 15 generations DAILY on regular models. I cancelled, left a 1 star review here and sent an email for refund. Didn’t get a refund, but they removed daily limit and added some credits to skip the 30 min wait after each generations. I removed my review, was hoping everything back to normal. No after like 20 days of monthly purchase, they moved my account from unlimited to free version, I paid for 30 day , they decided to cut unlimited to 20 days. I opened despite with my card company , with all the screenshots and got my money back. Stay away from this company .

My purchase is missing and both parties are not issuing my $399 Lifetime plan refund even after asking it for several times. UPDATE: No, Do not give me this excuse. Logging into AIPU.com is redirecting me to OmniRogue.com . SO, This is directly tied to your website. Also, explain why i am being redirected to your website. UPDATE 2: Sam Blake was listed as a founding member of AIPU on LinkedIn. This has been updated now. The post promoting AIPU is still live as of the time of updating this review, linkedin com/ feed/update/urn:li:activity:7386815759865360384/ Even if you are not the same entity, please take ownership for the fraudulent activities of your affiliates. UPDATE: AIPU never responded to any of my email or phone calls and hence I raised a chargeback with my bank and was able to recover successfully from the theft. Yet, OmniRogue having info about the chargeback is proof they are the same as AIPU.

I was seriously considering purchasing the Lifetime Access Plan ($399), but before spending that amount, I wanted clarification on a few details. I emailed customer support with my question and immediately received an automated response stating that I would receive a reply within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it has now been more than 72 hours, and I still haven't received a response. To make sure my original email hadn't been missed, I sent the same question from a different email account. That email has also gone unanswered for more than 24 hours. For a product at this price point, I expected much more responsive customer support. My question was about the Lifetime Access Plan. The website states that it includes the same benefits as the ProMax Plan, which advertises unlimited access and use of all models and apps. However, the Lifetime Plan also includes 10,000 initial VIP credits and 1,000 VIP credits per month. This is where the confusion comes in. If the plan truly includes unlimited use of all models and apps, what are the VIP credits for? Does "unlimited access" simply mean you can access every model, but your actual usage is still limited by credits? Or are the credits only required for certain premium features? The pricing page doesn't clearly explain the difference. I was genuinely interested in purchasing the Lifetime Plan, but I wasn't comfortable spending $399 without understanding exactly what was included. I hope this review helps other potential buyers who may have the same questions. If the company provides clarification about how the VIP credits work, I'll gladly update my review.

OmniRogue has eliminated the need for six separate subscriptions. I now have everything I need inside of one platform. Video generation and imagine creation capabilities are better than anything else I've tried in the past. Definitely worth the small investment to run my freelance business. Highly recommend.
