The Droppers assigned let us down and were replaced immediately
Our Company has used many Letterbox Distributors, all of them from time to time have issues with the Droppers. We had one such problem, contacted the office via email and within 48 hours new Droppers arrived and got the job done. I would use them again, because they fixed the issue quickly.
