The gummies themselves are pretty good, but when I signed up, it was supposed to be a 3-month supply shipped every 90 days. When I signed up they offered an extra 3 months up front for a low price. I opted for that, so I had 6 months up front. 30 days later, they sent me 3 more months. I immediately requested cancellation though their support email. No one responded. 30 days later, I received another 3-month supply. So now I have enough product for more than a year and no one will respond to me to help me cancel or return the product. I have tried multiple times.

FIRST OF ALL, I ORDERED THEM ON A TRIAL BASIS, BUT AFTER THE FIRST BATCH I WAS CONTIUED TO BE CHARGED $82.00 FOR SOMETHING I DON'T NEED AND DOESN'T AGREE WITH MY HEALTH. I HAVE FOUR OR 5 ORDERS I HAVEN'T OPENED EVEN AFTER I ASK TO DISCOUNTED...SECONDLY, I HAVE NO WAY OR ADDRESS TO RETURN THEM

Refund my money

I ordered the product thinking it may be an easier way to consume creatine. I ordered one 30 day supply to make sure I liked it. When I was clicking the purchase button, I saw it had switched my order to two 30 days supplies. WHAT?!!Strike 1 It took over 3 weeks to receive the product. I had to keep checking to see if it got lost. Strike 2 Opened it to find that a daily supply is 3mg when one should be taking at least 5mg so Strike 3. So now I am consuming gritty gummies. I get an email stating that I am getting another shipment. WHAT?!!! I called nope it's on it's way, you can return it. Wait three weeks to receive two packages and now I am only getting a $16 refund for each packet when they cost $42 plus s&h. Never again.

Product sucks.. I told you to stop charging me for this product

I was ok with the gummies but my second delivery was not received. I asked for a porch picture from the delivery people and wrote 5 emails. I got one follow up email telling me to check with neighbors. I cancelled my subscription and asked again for the bag to be replaced or refunded. Haven’t gotten any responses after 3 days. If they don’t support you when you have a problem I question how reputable this company is and that leads me to wonder if their product is what they say it is. I don’t know but I can tell you there customer support falls short.

First, it does not work. I had a real lab test it and he wore a white coat and everything. Said it’s not the correct amount but also according to his machine that did things and made sounds, the other contents of each gummy chemically cancel out the gummy across the board. At best you are increasing only sugar and at this the machine made a negative noise. Canceling the subscription and getting out of their email system is nothing sort of a nightmare. I would rather travel on every Thanksgiving and Christmas without ID, a wallet or any credit cards. Than go through what they do to you when you try to cancel your subscription and all the following emails trapping you into reactivating your subscription security checks that are ridiculous. They act like you’ve used the wrong email or it’s insane. You have a better shot at ordering five people‘s meals at McDonald’s and getting it 100% correct then you ever will get out of their email subscription system. It’s like where we should send child molesters I mean that it’s that horrible modern day dungeon that’s where I would put it on the list, my advice stay away from this company. Do not order the Gummies. They will do nothing. Well they’ll add sugar to your already existing situation, I think I would rather travel to Mars on a bicycle, then go through this again.

I have attempted to contact the company for help with a refund on two orders. I canceled my order after I received the first order. I had a reaction to the product and ask for a return and instead I received another order. I should not have received a second order after I canceled it right way. Sure would love some help.
