BUYER BEWARE! 1 star is too many for this company. Gummy's are grainy and sickeningly sweet. Claim to have a money back guarantee if not satisfied for first time customers. I paid about $100 and sent everything back (3 bags) as requested only to receive a $21 refund. ZERO customer service, only a blanket response that is not helpful and does not change.

Terrible Product and Even Worse Customer Service – Beware of Unauthorized Subscriptions! If I could give this company zero stars, I would! I placed a one-time order simply to try their product, and it was absolutely disgusting. The texture was gritty, the taste was awful, and the peach flavor I ordered tasted NOTHING like peach. I tried it once and immediately knew I would never purchase it again. However, about three weeks later, I received another package of the same product. Apparently, I had been enrolled in a subscription that I had absolutely no idea I was signing up for! I went online to cancel, but their website is intentionally difficult to navigate, making it nearly impossible to find the cancellation option. I emailed the company explaining that I disliked their product and requesting that they cancel this subscription immediately. I received absolutely NO RESPONSE. To make matters worse, I moved to a new address, yet they continued shipping their disgusting product to my old address and charging my account. This went on for THREE MONTHS! I emailed them THREE separate times requesting cancellation, and not once did they have the decency to respond. After numerous frustrating attempts, I finally managed to navigate their website and locate the subscription cancellation option. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE! In my experience, this company’s business practices are extremely deceptive. They make it easy to sign up for recurring charges without realizing it, incredibly difficult to cancel, and completely ignore customers who reach out for assistance. The product itself is terrible, but their customer service and subscription practices are even worse. Save yourself the frustration, the money, and the headache. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

This company is aweful. Product is good but canceling is a dreadful experience. They will not cancel and only refund a portion of what they charge you. When you email they just keep asking you to pause or delay but will not cancel. I would not recommend stay far away.

Never received my first order and then was charged again for my subscription order, which states in transit. I have requested a full refund of my money for both orders, to which I have never been received. Don’t order from here. Customer service sucks.

I purchased this product and was not satisfied with the results so I contacted the company to cancel and get a refund. Someone named Leonardo responded and gave me the run around. He did not give me the information until the cancellation period was over. It took weeks to hear back from him. In the mean time, this company charged my account another $123.00. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Leonardo ignored my requests. Do not buy anything from this company. They are thieves!!
