Had to continuously "fight" the merchant for them to eventually send me the card as originally promised. I got to activate but now that I want to check the balance their website is down and has been for weeks. Does seem like a sketchy business as card doesn't always work first attempt and you can't contact them for help etc.

GIMMICK!!!!!! BEWARE! First off, in order to get any updates from customer service they require you to know the beginning balance and the merchant who gave you the gift card (who remembers these kinds of details!). Secondly, they create some sketchy deal with the merchant for the gift cards and give you 3-6-12 months to use the gift card. ANY remaining balance past the "good thru" date will be forefitted. Absolutely ridiculous that an earned incentive is not given to the individual in a fair time frame OR I would AT MINIMUM expect to be given the heads up that I will lose funds if not used in the SHORT timeframe allotted. I am floored that a gimmicky company like this exists or why a large corporation would even want to do business with them.

Recieved a 50$ gift card, but their site and support page have been permanently down for the past weeks so i can not claim them.

Do NOT use this card if I could rate it zero stars I would! If the exp date passes you lose all money on the card! This makes no sense at all! I’m so upset

Not cool that they can steal your money after the Expiration date on the card. They should send you a new one. I'm reading other complaints of people losing hundreds. I just lost $ 3.45 but still.

They steal your money and claim they are bound to contract to zero your balance and keep your money

it is awful... not recommend to use it at all. they are not able to use if the card expired and you still have money in the card...

My wife and I purchased a kitchen suite thru Costco totaling $7000 a little over a year ago because they were offering $600 cash back on visa debit card. We received the Visa debit card in the mail. We've been saving it for vacation and saw the expiration said October so I checked and realized it was 10/18 expiration not 10/19 and we had not gotten a replacement card. I called the phone number on the back only to find out our balance is now $0? How? This is crazy. Costco says they have nothing to do with it and to call Omnicard and Omnicard says "too bad..sorry". Are you kidding me? This is Fraud and a lawsuit. These cards look exactly like every other plastic debit/credit card with Visa logo/name/strip and PIN number. Nobody ever reads the small fine print on the back of their credit cards. This is not right. So Omnicard keeps my money? Customer service wouldn't answer it but that's how this shady business works. Shame on you!! Lawsuits are coming..Shady practices. Beware!!
