I received an email with tracking information Aug 23rd 6:43 pm. It is Sept 7th and the status has not changed. It says, shipping label created awaiting item in Salt Lake City, UT. When I send an email to the (email on bottom of order), I get a message that says because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. I ordered an item back in April and had no problem, but this time I have had no luck in contacting them to find out what is going on with my recent order.
