No way to contact them, never get emails they say they send, always try to add on a few dollars worth of free return crap, discount codes NEVER work. I am switching to MG Naturals.

I never got the samples I ordered and paid for. I told the company and the customer service and they promised to send them again as it was not my fault that they were not delivered. Then, a few days later, they asked again for the adress which I have already sent them anyway and promised to send the samples. when I gave them (again!) the adress, when I did so, I never got an answer and the samples were never sent to me. So I spent about 60 dollars and never received anything, not even an apology. I asked again several times per mail and NEVER received an answer. I was really upset as I treid to find non-toxic make-up. But I cannot and will not order again at Omiana when they do not even answer my mails and requests. This is just dissapointing.

Omiana sent me the wrong product after I ordered correctly from their website. Their mistake, not mine. Instead of simply fixing the problem, they expected me to pay $6 to return the incorrect item they sent me. I initiated the return within their required window, but wasn’t able to get to the post office immediately. Then, without explanation or notification, they canceled the return altogether. So now I’m out approximately $38 and stuck with a product I cannot use because Omiana fulfilled my order incorrectly. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company handles them. Making the customer pay to correct your shipping error is bad enough. Canceling an already-initiated return without warning and leaving the customer holding the loss is worse. I will not order from Omiana again, and I strongly recommend that prospective customers consider their return practices before purchasing. Their mistake became my expense. That is unacceptable customer service.

If ONLY I had read these reviews first! I placed an order and paid $1.98 extra for “Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges.” The “lipstick” I purchased was actually just a gloss that rubbed right off! I hated it! I tried to start a return and the company showed that I could pay $17 for FedEx to pick it up! For a product that cost $27.90! Then received an email asking how I liked the 2 products. It stated that I could just reply to the message to get help with my order. I did reach out - NOTHING! Sat down and tried to initiate a return today less than 30 days after my order was delivered and their system stated that it was not eligible for return. What a SCAM!!!

If only I had a choice for ZERO stars. Had to return most of my order as I was allergic to all of it. Should have been no problem but they have verified that they received the return over 2 weeks ago and NOTHING. I could not reach anyone in their chat, also no response via email and called during store hours and received a recording that they were closed. UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am going to go dispute my credit card charges now and hope for the best.

Unfortunately 1 star. I was excited when found out about Omiana and their ingredients but: - eye pencils turned out to be too hard to apply them - brown eye brow pencils have ginger hue (!) - this is unacceptable, my hair tone is cool and ginger-colored eyebrows look like a joke... So I had to throw 2 eye pencils and 2 eye brow pencils to trash.
