The company should tell their customers that if you want to return an item that you will be shipping it back to China! I bought a ring, ordered the size I always do and it didn't fit. It would have cost more to ship to China than just keep it. Very disappointed! I also feel that they should write down the lengths/dimensions of their earrings.
