Always fantastic Fast and courteous

Frank is awesome! Super quick email replies and a pleasure to deal with

The cleaner came in early. The crate was pretty substantial - took a bit to break it out. Better safe than sorry. Had an issue with the pump on first use - called in to speak to a tech. Suggested that I needed to prime the filter cans. Primed with about 75% liquid in the filter cans - reinstalled, waited a few minutes and they she blows. Good support and the cleaner is now the center piece of our shop. SM Hanson Music is located in Salina, KS.

easy to order

Drew and David are always responsive and helpful with questions, inquiries and requests. It is not uncommon to get a response within minutes from either one. We have purchase several machines from Omegasonics and have been pleased by their quality and resilience.

I was having some problems logging in to my account (could not remember PW) so I called. Drew answered the phone and put my order in easy peasy and with a smile and good attitude. Thanks Guys!

Had issues with the account setup and their tech department got it fixed in a couple of minutes

Drew was incredibly helpful and great to work with in getting back up and running quickly after having the main machine go down permanently. Can't recommend their products enough as well as their customer support.
