I have been very pleased with the ease of machine operation, and the cleaning results.

This sonic cleaner is so durable and reliable I can't believe it. On top of that is does an amazing job allowing us to improve our production efficiency and take in more work.

I do not know how this ultrasonic cleaner fairs with other cleaners, but Omegasonic works great. I am in the automotive industry and it does an excellent job cleaning parts and engine components. Shipping was very fast and the packaging was great, the freight service could have dropped it and it would not have hurt the unit. The unit seems to be well insulated, except for the lid, no insulation at all, I definitely think the lid needs insulation.

We purchased our first unit in July 2015, and it exceeded our expectations. We are purchasing a second 7950TT since it does such a great job cleaning our parts.

We work on mechanical fuel injection systems and engines of vintage Alfa Romeo vehicles. Dealing with the dirt and carbon buildup in these systems requires a great deal of labor. Our decision to try ultrasonic cleaning resulted in a call to Omegasonics. Drew Gill spent a great deal of time acquainting us with the process, the products and what his recommendation was for our application. We started with a small table top unit to access its ability to our needs. We have been in contact with Drew almost daily to get more information and to better use the machine for our needs. As a result of our testing we are purchasing a large floor model that will accommodate engines and large engine components. We have been very impressed with the availability of Drew and his ability to help. We expect the new machine to more than pay for itself with the savings in labor to clean engine and mechanical fuel injection parts. Omegasonics is a great company to work with in the purchase and operation of ultrasonic units.

We were experiencing problems with our ultrasonic cleaner which we attributed to a bad relay. We decided to call Omegasonics just to check on prices for the part and the tech was able to guide me through some troubleshooting. Turns out we were able to get it working again without having to purchase any parts! (water level switch was stuck) We are very happy with the service we received and look forward to many more years with our ultrasonic cleaner!

I bought my Omegasonics blind cleaning machine in 2008 and can not be happier with is. My salesperson there was David Towne great guy answered all my questions and still to this day when I have questions he is there for me.
