Great customer service

Excellent customer service! David Towne really took care of us during the whole purchase process of an Ultrasonic Cleaner from Omegasonics. His quick response to our phone calls and emails helped guide us in making a decision. He is knowledgeable about the product and has a no pressure attitude, which is hard to find now a days. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of product and believe that your experience will be as good as ours!

Great, knowledgeable people and a great product. We're very happy with our desktop ultrasonic cleaner.

equipment worked as advertised.

After years of using both the Omegasonics Music Pro and other various ultrasonic cleaning machines I've come to appreciate the 2 filter system that Omegasonics offers

I had priced a unit with the company two years ago but at the time I decided to just repair my old unit. A year later my cleaner finally died for good so I called Omegasonics and to my surprise they still had my quote from a year ago and honored the same price! I have had to cleaner for a year now and it has had zero problems. I also recommend using there cleaning solution it works wonders.

Very excited to receive our Omegasonic Ultrasonic cleaner, easy set up and worked much better than expected......thank you!
