great customer service

We rebuild engines and suspensions. Our Omegasonics works very well at cleaning engine parts in a short period of time. We should have added our ultrasonic machine years ago!

When we received our Omega Sonic cleaner we immediately tested it out. It works very well for our purpose. I inquired through other Ultra Sonic cleaner companies and their system would have cost us twice as much. The model we picked had all the features built into it at no extra cost. It even came with wheels so we could easy maneuver the cleaner around. What normally took us 24 hours to clean a Biodiesel Strainer now takes us only 30 minutes. I emailed Omegasonics. David Towne emailed be back. I gave him our problem and what we needed. Gave him the dimensions of the parts and he replied back the next day due to our time difference. He recommended the model and cleaning solution best suited for our purpose. Not something over or under sized. It was set up ready to plug in to 120 volt receptacle. The instructions are easy to understand and they supply replaceable filters. I would highly recommend Omegasonics if searching for a useful Parts cleaner.

We got our Music Pro Ultrasonic cleaner 11 months ago. It arrived without incident. We use it every day and it has worked flawlessly. We are very happy with it.

The SS Lane Victory is a Merchant Marine cargo vessel built in Los Angeles in 1945 and is currently located in the San Pedro, CA harbor, and is designated "A National Historic Landmark". Of the more than 3,000 Liberty and Victory class ships built during WW2 only 5 have survived. Keeping these ships afloat is a major undertaking and is accomplished through the tireless efforts of an all volunteer crew. The ship is in the process of refurbishing the "Radio Shack". The radio equipment installed is original and most of the parts are no longer available. Some transmitter parts were in need of non-destructive "cleaning". Omegasonics was contacted to see if they could help. Help they did! Parts were removed from the transmitter, delivered to Omegasonics for cleaning, and parts re-installed all within one week. We cannot be more thankful for the effort provided by Omegasonics. Thank you is hardly enough, however, THANK YOU!

I love my Omegasonic Working with Omegasonic was easy and their product was just what we needed. My only complaint is the owner manual. There is just enough information in it to not be enough. There was nothing about how to drain the unit, and it did not talk about the use of the circulation pump. Overall I am glad that we made this purchase
