Being new to the world of ultrasonic cleaning / David / was both helpfull and generous with with his time explaining procedures and cleaning soaps for specific tasks. In the futrue we will be upgrading our cleaner to a better quality unit which will be purchased from Omegasonics . Many thanks David .

Quick to quote, confirm and deliver. Customer service response in minutes, not days.

We ordered a smaller unit for testing purposes and it worked flawlessly. We are currently ordering a much larger unit for production and Omegasonics has made the process very easy and have responded to all our questions and concerns almost immediately. I would highly recommend Omegasonics to anyone looking for a better and safer alternative for cleaning any kind parts, they are truly a one stop shop.
