This training changed everything for us. We learned how to use our own equipment (which we had been using wrong) in our own shop, and the training felt very tailored to us. Because we can clean contents so much faster now, this training will basically pay for itself.

I had the chance to go through an ultrasonic equipment overview and training session with Darin Helcher from Omegasonics, and it was excellent. Darin did a great job making the classroom part clear and easy to follow, while also sharing a lot of useful insights from his experience. What I really appreciated was how he took the time to go over each piece of equipment hands-on, showing us not just how to use it, but how to get the best results. He answered every question, explained things in a way that made sense, and made sure everyone felt confident by the end of the training. The representative that helped me Drew Gill is efficient, polite and thorough. He goes out of his way to make sure the customers needs are met and all the information we need and want it provided. This type of prompt service is so rare. The ultrasonic cleaners we have purchased through Omegasonics are also 5 star. They clean so well 50 year old parts end up looking new. There hasn't been anything we have run across that the Omegasonic equipment hasn't been able to handle. I would highly recommend the products and team at Omegasonics, you will not be disappointed.
