We have used Omegasonics for years. Love the product. Customer service is quick and the website is easy and seamless.

The product works great and easy to place reorders.

All went well until check out. I made a couple typos, and had a hard time finding them. Highlighting the errors more distinctively would speed up the process. This is an update. I am truly impressed by this company and their responsiveness! In less than 24hrs I got a phone call from the owner of the company, he wanted to know exactly what happened at check out so he could get the IT Dept to fix it. That level of attention to detail and customer service has ensured that I will be a customer for life. Great job guys!

Customer service was very good. The person I spoke to was honest and sold me the cleaner that was best suited for my needs without trying to sell me a more expensive unit. The unit works very well for cleaning automotive parts and brings the water temperature to the chosen temperature quickly.

Incredible. I have read reviews and kind of dont trust them, but using the machine confirms everything. Using this on my and ARs has produced results that I could never get no matter how much time cleaning. One pistol I have requires a channel cleaned in order to get a perfect barrel lock up...spend 20 minutes on that spot. With this animal; cleans that spot flawlessly and eveything else at the same time. I cant imagine why every gun range in US doesnt have one. Does Incredible job on brass too. Saves me a ton of time worrying about the darn flash hole. Then my wife had a decorative metal horse with years of stains, perfect in minutes. Honestly, the machine is unbelievable....until you use it.
