I had bought peptides from this company a couple of times and everything was great. I re-ordered and the bottles leaked all over the inside of the package in the package was torn. Took pictures emailed the company and got a response from the CEO Chase Ironswho asked a couple of questions and when I had asked for a new bottle to be shipped it was radio silence. I then sent another email asking if I should stop doing business with them and take my business to a competitor and never heard a thing back. I wouldn’t trust this company or it’s CEO. Not a great way of doing business, sir.

hice un primer pedido el cual me llegó bien , me lo enviaron por fedex , luego hice un segundo pedido el cual quedó en espera ya que me estaban solicitando un "seguro " cuando se suponía que el pedido ya venía en camino y que tenía que pagar 150 que eran reembolsables. contacte con la empresa y no me dieron respuesta les dije que quería la devolución y me dijeron que el pedido ya había sido enviado. no comprar aquí son estafadores.

I recently placed an order for two peptides valued at approximately $151. However, the order was placed on hold, and the company has now requested an EPCS (Electronic Prescription Control Substance) for an additional $350. I have requested that the order be canceled and refunded, but the company has responded by canceling the order upon delivery. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company via email and text messages, I have not received any response. I strongly advise against using this website.

I ordered a GLP 3 they had on the website. They emailed me and said I needed a prescription. I asked for a refund and they said they already shipped the product but in the bottom of the email they said they would recund me. Its been 2 months amd i have received absolutely nothing and they wont answer my emails. This website is an absolute scam.

They had a 20% off sale the day after I made a large purchase. I emailed twice asking for credit or to cancel my order and I would reorder at the sale price. I got no response and they just shipped my order. Will never order with them again. Terrible customer service.

I understand companies having growing pains, but my experience with this company has not been the best. Supposedly they are backed up from the Black Friday sales they ran.... Every company like this ran the same deals! But those other companies were able to turn around and get my package shipped quickly (I placed orders with 2 other companies the day after I placed an order with OmegAmino). After having my order cancelled (which happened quickly on a Sunday), they took an additional day to send me my refund, and then emailed that I needed to chill. Lol. Having Chase Iron's name on your brand means nothing if you have crappy customer service. Fuq outta here.
