I wish I had done my research on this company prior to using them. None of their reviews are higher than 2 stars. Price gouging and unprofessional behavior seem to be the main themes and I experienced both of those things. I believe leaving an honest review, so I will highlight the positive parts of the experience as well. I will say, the tech showed up when they were scheduled, the work was completed timely. On the other end, I booked using a 15% off coupon on their website, which was never applied to my invoice and when I brought it to their attention, they tried to say the tech had already applied. I knew he didn't because I was already inquiring about the $379 labor fee for him being at my house for only 40 minutes. Our total was nearly $800 and when comparing pricing for the same repairs online, we were charged double or more than double the average price. I was told the owner or a manager would call multiple times and they never did. I then received a call from the technician and he was unprofessional and rude. I would definitely recommend using someone else if you need repairs or parts. We will never use them again.

We contacted Olympus Garage Door Repair after our garage door cables became misaligned while my husband was replacing hinges. When my husband explained what happened, the technician, responded, "Well, that was stupid of you." We found this comment unprofessional and disrespectful, and chose not to proceed with any work. After I contacted the company, a representative listened to my concerns, and the technician later called to clarify his comment and apologize. While I appreciate the follow-up, the damage had already been done. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

$500 and replaced parts but did not address the real issues. used a saw to make the lock hole bigger instead of lowering the door. set the door height wrong instead of fixing the track. Never came back to install a pull rope.

This company is totally a rip-off. They are not licensed in Oregon, no CCB#, so there is no recourse with AG office. AVOID THEM! I backed into my garage door and it would not open. Called them and this guy, Raz Tam, shows up, unmarked car, no signage. He fixed the problem by pushing it back unto place, it was only slightly bent. The door then opened perfectly. OK so far but then he proceeds to take bolts off, claim the door was rotten, needed replaced. Huge expense. I told him to put the bolts back on, which he did very reluctantly, and the door resumed normal operation. Bill was $450 for 15-20 minutes of work. I contacted the office later who just kept referring me back to Mr. Tam who was rude and uncooperative. This happened in Dec 2025 and as of today April 2026 my door is working perfectly fine. No replacement needed.

Had a quote that to be done 11 to 2. Called them to at 145 to let them know I was leaving at 2. The phone rep was rude and said there was a 2 hour late window he asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no then he hung up on me.

I’d give a no star if possible. My replacement spring cost $1100 and is strong enough to hold the door up. I’ve called 6 times to get it fix and they are ghosting me.

Called Olympus to replace 1 broken spring on 2 car garage door. Tech arrived did inspection and told me both springs should be replaced to keep load even and the cable drums should be replaced due to wear. Made sense so I agreed. However, we were billed $2,233. Parts were $700 per spring and $250 per drum for total $1,900. I reseached the parts online and cost for highest end parts I found was $650 or $1,250 less than we were charged. Should have done done research ahead of time. Also had issues with work performed and communication. Highly recommend staying away from Olympus!!!

I had a chain that came unscrewed, was not even broken. They sent this stupid kid over, he didn't even bring a ladder to look at anything, said the opener needed to be replaced, no less than $500, and that he would have to inspect the spring mechanism at $379 to see if it was okay. Said the door was unsafe to use and that he would need to start the next day. He then charged me $69 for his visit and never sent the promised estimate when I refused to okay the work. The next day, I called a professional who came over, reattached the chain, calibrated everything, and charged me $85 for his work, not the $1000+ these thieves were asking.
