Give one star because can't give 0. Made an appointment between 11 an 1 no one showed up no call to cancel. Glad after seeing this they didn't come.

Booked an appt. for between 9-11am. Some random number texts me at 12:20pm says we have an appt at 1:00pm .I call office, woman states they tried to call me and went to vmail. Never even rang. Let her know random text, she argued with me about it when asked why they didn't call earlier or (text) earlier. My tenant cannot be there later. She claims "she's not going to argue with me" and I hung up on her. Went elsewhere.

I wish I had seen these reviews before making an appointment. I knew more about my fireplace than the guy they sent out, who was entirely clueless. He put the glass to my gas fireplace in wrong and backward, and then when he couldn't figure out how to keep it in place, suggested we glue it back in! I was the one who figured it out and got it done. After agreeing to the $69 "inspection" he tried to get me to pay $125 to clean it. Total scam.

One star is too many. This company is a scam. I was uneasy over the strange phone service that handles calls but gave them the benefit of the doubt. They did a quick “inspection,” then quoted me $722 to clean two flues. No reputable chimney service charges that much. I said no and paid the $69 inspection fee which I had unfortunately agreed to. This is simply a fraud scheme masquerading as a chimney service. Stay away.

I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. Yes, they’re responsive, but they LIE straight to your face, and frankly, I don’t think they care about negative reviews. They conducted an inspection and showed me photos (although I'm unsure if they were of my house), indicating that significant repairs were needed. Once they were done, I paid them and asked for photos of the completed work. I was promised them. I’ve called to follow up multiple times, and they always “need to talk to their manager”. That’s not the problem; they just don’t care, they got their money. Avoid them!

I would give them zero stars if I could. They performed the work to our chimney (I hope satisfactorily) in Feb 2025. I have called and left voicemails at least 15 times since to get a opy of our invoice showing as paid. I am told they will have to relay that message to a manager and will not let me talk to anyone else. Beware of these guys, something is up.

Absolute scam artists. Called got a quote, paid for materials upfront did a horrible job of install, technician refused to make it right. Dispatcher refused to let me speak with a manager and hung up on me when I insisted to speak with a manager. Then when my roofers came in after them, I found out the work Olympus had performed does not meet NFPA code requirements. These people are breaking laws and I’m going after them legally for it.

Absolutely a SCAM, do not use them! Poor work and charged us 4x the quoted price.
