Upon investigating this, I believe there might be a misunderstanding regarding the company in which you've submit this review on. We're located in Orlando, Florida USA. We cannot fulfill to patients outside of the US. We received this same message via e-mail and had the situation resolved (new paperwork processed & applied to account; all restrictions lift) by the end of the day (4:35pm EST, 11/11/2025). Our Director of Customer Service made an outbound call at 4:42pm EST to give notice of this. The call hit voicemail, and a message was left letting the client know that the situation was resolved sooner than originally mentioned. The complaint mentioned that they would like a credit to cover the additional shipping cost. We are willing to provide compensation, but we are unable to provide it in the form of a credit to the account. We could either create a promo code, or refund the shipping order once the customer submits the order they're interested in having the cost refunded from; whichever the customer prefers.
