I have a large face, and ChatGPT recommended the Olwen brand to me. The good news is that they fit my face perfectly. The bad news is that the package was sent to the wrong address (I had to go to the post office and pick it up myself). Even worse, there's a defect on the right lens—it's separating from the temple and will fall out sooner or later. Honestly, the quality of this pair of glasses is worse than my other pair of Chinese glasses, which cost 2.5 times less.

Worst customer service ever. I never received the package, it got lost. After sending around 10 emails through the only email or way they "can help" i still haven't been helped with anything. Lost my money ( $60 +tax ) just be aware they won't help you at all . Just trying to help someone avoid what happened to me.

These glasses are advertised as very small... they are huge. Fall right off my face and constantly sliding off my nose. And had to jump through hoops to try and return. And still didn't get to reopen or refunded

They do not leave marks on my sideburns or hair because they fit a big head

Great quality and great fit. My husband finally found sunglasses that fit.
