I ordered their "buy two, get one free" deal on Nov 10th, and a month later, on Dec 9th, they said it was delivered. It wasn't! They gave me a UPS tracking number that said it was handed off to and delivered by the local post office. Not! When contacted about the issue via email, (the only way to contact them), and asked for replacement products or a refund, they told me it was my problem and I should take it up with the local post office, which is a waste of time! So I gave these people $64 and got nothing! Ripoff!

I ordered and paid for their OlumiRing on Nov 7. Their site says to allow 1-3 days for "processing" and 5-10 days for delivery. At the most that would be 13 days. It's Dec 3. No ring. No explanation. No ability to speak to anyone because their phone number has a recorded message referring you to their email address. I will see if I can reverse the charge, but I'm probably screwed. Feels like a scam to me. Stay away.

I have never received my two orders. There's no customer service, no response to emails, phone calls go to voice mail. keep away from this seller, it is a scam.
