Ollaheaters are faulty and dangerous to operate, protruding from the power outlet to expose prongs. The support centre was unhelpful and insisted I plug them into a power board, which was contrary to the manual instructions- they were designed to only be plugged directly into a wall power socket; otherwise could cause a fire hazard. When I asked for a return NZ address, the chat person, Ulyana, told me I could only send them back to Latvia. The shipping cost is the same price as the products ($230 +). I'm still waiting for a physical Auckland return address... Update: I'm now pleased to say that the company refunded me the full cost; still no forwarding address provided, but they told me to keep the product.

Item arrived in a timely manner, met my expectations, and fits nicely into my tiny working space although I would like a longer extension lead.

The unit works well. I like that it can easily be moved to different rooms/spaces. The buyer will need to purchase a battery for the remote.
