Fraudulent billing practices
The products I purchased are fantastic but the website and their customer service is a scam. I opted for one time purchase instead of membership and found out three months later that they’ve been charging me 39.99 a month. Their website shows that I am not subscribed. There is no place to contact a representative that will actually respond and I had to cancel my credit card.
