The experience to apply for the loan was simple. Just enter the required information and get a decision in seconds. Regarding the payments towards the borrowed amount there is something I like and something I don’t. I like that the payment is split in two for ease of convenience regarding paying the loan back. I don’t like that you had to set up a separate direct deposit to have the amounts pulled from it and then the rest of the direct deposit gets deposited into your account. That was not optimal. They should have just made you set up automatic payments instead but aside from that everything was good.

It was difficult to verify docs at the end.

Overall, the user experience went very well. The only minor challenge was that uploading the documents was somewhat of a hassle. However, communication throughout the process was excellent, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. I appreciated not having to make multiple phone calls or deal with unnecessary anxiety—the entire process was clear, simple, and easy to navigate.

Got the loan. But my employer wasn’t in their system. So I had to reach out to support. My payroll provider was. Bit of a hassle, but they helped me out.

They require you to connect payroll and your bank account, which is annoying. But once that was done, everything else was easy.
