what made my experience Great was being able to learn from Steve the difference between Crap & Quality. Every oil I tried was so good and most importantly FRESH that I found myself having it everyday either straight up with a good baguette,salad or cooking. I bought enough extras to give to my friends who also shared my opinion. You would have to be dead not to taste the difference.Also I will add, the knowledge I received about learning about the shelf life of supermarket oils and the scams that some " distributor's" use in passing off oils that are non-olive oil is priceless,
