Hi Mary, We see you placed your order on Saturday the 12th, and it was shipped out the next business day of the 14th and delivered on the 21st. We are sorry USPS took longer than you cared for but that is out of our control. We trust you will find our products excellent and that you will revise your low rating here appropriately? Thank you!
