I'm adding a star b/c 1) the design was generally good, and 2) customer service was generally responsive. However, I generally find their approach distasteful. I gave them my budget for them to design my Family crest for my Family reunion. They gave me 2 logos - one w/ color and one without, neither of which versatile enough to be used b/c it had a colored background (something I never requested), then tried to upcharge me to get a clear background logo (which should be standard with the package), Also tried to sell me $300 "copyright services" at the end of the process; when I objected to these extra charges I was told (by the legal team; not even the account mgr) I could only get 1 logo (despite paying for 2) and that logo will have the clear background. Very, very dishonest approach with customer. I have used other logo designers in the past and the clear background is standard, I would stay away if you can find another service for your needs.

They did not provide me with the correct logo sizes at the time and now that we are finally using it they want to charge me $55 to retrieve the files

Did not tell us about the copyright charges associated with logo generation until the very end. Cost more than the art generation. Keep that in mind, bc they will not release it otherwise. The sales team should educate potential customers of all fees associated as to not upset people.

They are slow and unprofessional! They are way slower than what they promise you at the stage of selling you a package! Some contingency and delays are acceptable however their delays are beyond reason considering the number of times I've expressed the emergency nature of the project and how they have assured me that hey will deliver in time! I have spoken to Mathew and Tyrone several times via email and every time they promise the delivery, I'm still waiting... Their delays caused me to give the web design to another supplier, so my website is up and running now however they didn't refund my money, although they hadn't even started the build of the website. Instead, they got me to agree to design other stuff for the money I had paid such as letterhead, business card etc.7 days after they agreed to deliver these in a couple of days, and I only have received the initial designs in a different format from what I had asked for. I'll continue pushing so that they will at least work for the money I've paid. The designs are not great and the hassle and delays are not worth working with them. My recommendation is to stay away from them. They are not worth the money you spend. I will write another review to let everybody know how things end up between us! It's tiring though, the chase and the whole experience.
