Charge went through on card & received an email for order then complete silence about order status. It's been 10 days since the order was received.

Order Stuck in Processing - No Updates
Placed an order on 11/23. As of 12/16, I still have not seen anything that it has shipped. I reached out on 12/10 for a status update to see if this gift would come in time for Christmas, and still have not received a response. It has almost been a month with my order sitting as “processing” with zero updates.

Well, I would have liked to leave a better review but Mike left me no choice. After I purchased this and had it shipped to me a couple of months after ordering, the belt was about 3” too big, I contacted Mike to figure out a solution and he never returned my emails or calls. The product is of decent quality but the customer service leaves everything yo be desired.

THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL A SCAM, just like this fake company!!! Google the physical adress! Read the comments on their Facebook page. Placed an order, got ripped off! Just like any one star review in here concerning this company, it is true! Better believe it, it is a SCAM COMPANY! They will take your money and you get nothing!!! Complete radiosilence after you placed your order and paid for it! ALL the good reviews in here comes from the company itself, staged just like everything about it! DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS! Stay away from this company, keep your money. Do not say i did not warn you! Just google their physical adress! It is staged! Look at their Facebook comments! People are warning others! Sure, ”Mike” will call you, answer your questions, he will be your buddy, until you paid with your money. Then, NOTHING! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! /Peter

Can't track package
Can't track package. Taking forever called the toll free customer service number and the voicemail box was full couldn't even talk to anybody. Probably will not ever order from here again.
