We are so sorry; it's frustrating for us too. Your tracking number states your order is on the way, loaded on the delivery vehicle and the estimated delivery is today. Your order was shipped within 24 hours of being placed. We are located in Greer, SC and the free ground shipping we provide accounts for business days. There is a note stating due to carrier operating conditions your package may be delayed, however, your package took the standard amount of days for delivery relating to the shipping address.
