Absolute scam, order after 6 months has still not arrived

Bought from the before and never had issues but my last order (made over 3 months ago) is still not complete. Any and all attempts to contact customer support failed. Michael, you lost a loyal customer & supporter. I will never buy anything from OSG again. They're an absolute crap show of a company and organisation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

I’m very upset with there lack of customer service. No contact number no email, no fine print for refunds or exchanges. The support system says they will contact you within 24 hours and I never get response. I also kept trying to email for order status, no response. The website said it take 3 days and it took a full month. I got what I ordered but their support and communication isn’t available.

Huge scam. I was missing items from my order and any attempts to contact them were a waste of time. Don't buy from this brand.

Horrible experience I ordered 3 items from the website over a month ago. I kept checking to see if my package was delivered and on the 17th it said they cancelled the order. Ive reached out to them countless times and have not heard back, as of now I have not even received my money back which was 100 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous

This company is a total scam, I have waited 3 months for my order and received only 1/3 of the order. They are impossible to get in touch with both by email and support (although support says they will help you within 24 hours) I warn anyone considering and buying from this site.

Been over 12 days and the tracking still says waiting to deliver to USPS, and 1 item is still not ready. At this point I'm pretty sure it a scam, I've messaged bothe there instagrams and commented, used there 24/7 live chat, and tried to email but it didn't go through. Terrible customer service and fraudulent, go somewhere else I will be charging back.
