Received wrong items and customer service sucks
I ordered an XXL hoodie and t shirt. Almost a month later I received 2 small sized shorts that I had to give to my daughter because there was no way I could fit them. I let the company know of the error and even offered to return the items to receive what I actually ordered. It’s been over a month with no reply and I still haven’t received what I paid for. Don’t buy from the company. Apparently you pay for what you want but get whatever they feel like sending.

Jasmine — getting the wrong items shipped to you and then hearing nothing back is a terrible experience and we're sorry. That was a fulfillment error during a time when we were processing a massive amount of orders and mistakes were slipping through. We've overhauled how we handle everything since.
