I have been waiting since may 13 for my order to ship, it is may 27th and still no location available.

Hello Ethan, I am sorry to hear that you feel like you have had a negative experience with our company. I understand that you placed your order on May 13th, and are unhappy that it has not shipped yet. If you had reached out to us your concerns on your order would have been properly handled, and dealt with in a timely manner. We experienced delays with shipping due to moving our warehouse from New Jersey to Florida. We sent out an email to all pending orders explaining this, and gave a more accurate time line on when their order would be shipped out. Most of our customers responded to us with patience, those with any issues reached out to us, and we handled it accordingly. Your order will be shipping out tomorrow. If any issues arise in the future on an order that was placed not too long ago, we ask you reach out to us for a resolution.

I keep getting sent emails to review my experience and I've never received what I ordered? Am I to assume its not coming at this point??

Hello Todd, We apologize that an automated system was sending out emails to rate your experience, when the order was not complete yet. This was not our intentions. I brought up the issue with my team, and we have shut down that application. Regarding your order that was placed May 12th 2021. You were notified that this order was packed and dropped off at the facility, and currently in transit.

Hello Atticus, We apologize that your order took longer than expected. Though emails were sent to all customers who ordered hurricane shorts at the end of April, beginning of May that we were waiting on our restock that took longer than expected. That being said, your order was packed and shipped, and you were notified.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM…
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. If i could give negative stars, I would! Placed my order April 16th and still have not received anything. Not even a response from them when asking for updates. So it is only appropriate that I assume the worst. SCAM! These people are misleading others. They are sending Pre-shipment info, electronically to notify US postal services but that does not actually "indicate a receipt or actual mailing date" as per USPS, following up with stating that "Delivery status information will be provided IF/WHEN available". These people are clearly NOT actually sending anything and just taking your money. Please do not support this poor excuse for a "company" and take any further action necessary if you have purchased and are in a similar situation.

A joke of a business
I should have read these reviews first because it seems never receiving your order is a common problem. I had ordered items a month and a half ago and the still haven’t arrived. I had to get address changed on the order after about 3 weeks because I was changing addresses. Still not a single update with the tracking number either so now I am beginning to wonder if my package was ever shipped out. Not to mention I emailed their customer service about 3 days ago for an update with no response. Another red flag to note is they have disabled comments on their Instagram. Wonder why? Probably because many of the their “customers” are being scammed of their money. Stay far away from this so called “business”. What a joke.
