It is a fraudulent site
It is a fraudulent site, even if he paid after a long period of time and communicated with support for weeks. I transferred to PayPal. After a few months, he requested payment from PayPal and transferred me from an account that was not activated by PayPal.

Use it if you love waiting forever
Found this exchange platform that was the lowest I could find (starting at 10.00) said it could take 72 hours, no problem. That was on Tuesday. It is now Saturday I'll use a different one next time. Thankfully I was only exchanging $10 payeer to PayPal Still waiting for a response to email too. Definitely using a different one next time. Funny thing is I read reviews first
