I am very sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. I want to assure you that OKOHOKO is not a scam and we operate with a genuine commitment to our customers. Our other reviews are authentic, and we work hard to provide a positive shopping experience. I understand your concern regarding the shipping details. It's possible that the initial tracking information was delayed in updating, which can sometimes happen with our carriers, but this does not mean the item has not been shipped. I can assure you that our customer service team is composed of real people who are here to help and are not AI bots. Could you please provide your order number? I would be happy to personally investigate the status of your order and your customer service history. This will allow me to provide you with a clear and accurate update and a solution to your issue. Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your frustration and apologize for the experience you've had. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I want to personally address your concerns. First, I want to assure you that OKOHOKO is not a scam. We are a dedicated team that works with passion and commitment to offer the best possible service to our customers. While we may not be perfect, we are constantly striving to improve every day. Regarding your refund request, I have looked into the matter. Our policy offers two options for a return due to subjective reasons, such as the size being too small or the material not meeting your personal standards: Option 1: Partial Refund Without Return This option allows you to keep the product and receive a partial refund. The reason we offer this is to help customers avoid the cost and time of shipping the item back to our international warehouses. This is what we initially offered, and the partial refund amount was increased to reach a satisfactory agreement. Option 2: Full Refund With Return If you prefer a 100% refund, you are required to ship the item back to one of our partner warehouses at your own expense. Once the item is received and evaluated, we will process the full refund. It seems there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication during your recent exchange. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. To resolve this immediately, please let me know if you would like to proceed with the full refund. If so, I will provide you with the address to send the jacket back. Once the jacket is received and approved, we will process the 100% refund as per our policy. Please let me know how you would like to proceed so we can get this resolved for you.
